I am trying to locate information about my great great grandfather Frances A (Frank) Robichaud. I have very little information about him or his family except that he was a carpenter and his father (maybe John or Joseph) was a carpenter and ship builder. Frank's military discharge papers list his birthplace as Montreal about 1830, where he is supposed to have had a brother (Manuel?) who was a physician. There was one other brother mentioned and three sisters. He married Emma Lape in August 1950 in Albany New York and together they had four children. Their daughter Mary is my great grandmother.
