Slaves of Dr. Francois Robin

I am looking for information on slaves of Francois Robin, and on Robin himself. We believe that Robin had a male slave, Marcel born circa 1790 and a female slave Jeanne born around the turn of the 19th century. When and where did Francois actually die, circa 1792 or 1834? What were the names of all of his children and were most born in the St. Landry area? The Midlo-Hall works on Africans in Colonial Louisiana document several slave transactions that mention Robins. Do you know if there was any connection to Francois Robin and Pedro/Pierre, Juan/Jean and Martin Robin--all of whom had substantial slave dealings and appear to have been involved in bringing slaves in from the islands and the West Coast of Africa.

Thanks for any info.
