Again, you're welcome. Yes, we are almost certainly distant cousins through the BOUDREAUX line. I've been trying to make some progress with it, but the reference material is a bit scarce on that particular family so far. Here's what I've found:
Amelina BOUDREAUX b. abt 1844 (1850, 1860 St Landry Parish Census) d. abt 1889 (Opel Ct Hse, Succ #4965).
m. 1) Evariste Robin 14 Jun 1865 (Opel. Ct. Hse.: Mar.
m. 2) John Keddy 28 Dec 1885 (GC Ch.: v. 4, p. 99)
Note: haven't found a record of her birth in SWLR, and it erroneously identifies her parents as Onesime BOUDREAUX and Josephine MARKS at her marriage to John Keddy in 1885. I found her in both the 1850 and 1860 census with Joseph BOUDREAUX and Josephine MARKS, so I believe those are her parents.
Joseph BOUDREAUX and Josephine MARKS were married 21 Dec 1841 (Opel. Ct. Hse.: Mar. #102) OR 3 Jan 1842 (GC Ch. v. 1, p. 140). I haven't conclusively identifed parents for either of them yet (sorry). Children:
1) BOUDREAUX, Joseph (Joseph & Josephine MARKS) bt. 1 Nov
1843 (GC Ch.: v. 1, p.212) d. 2 Nov. 1843 at age 10
days (GC Ch.: v. 1, p.63)
2) BOUDREAUX, Madeleine Celina (Joseph & Josephine MARKS)
b. 9 Nov 1844 (GC Ch.: v. 1, p.229)
3) Amelina BOUDREAUX b. abt 1846 (1850, 1860 St Landry
Parish Census) d. abt 1889 (Opel Ct Hse, Succ #4965).
4) BOUDREAUX, Marie Elodie (Joseph & Josephine MARKS) b.
23 Mar 1848 (GC Ch.: v. 1, p.282)
5) BOUDREAUX, Marie Eliska (Joseph & Josephine MARKS) b.
16 Apr 1849 (GC Ch.: v. 1, p.316)
6) BOUDREAUX, Joseph Edgar (Joseph & Josephine MARKS) b.
17 Aug 1850 (GC Ch.: v. 1, p.333)
