I am a descendant of the Robinett family, who were early settlers of Wright County MO. I am told that several years ago, John T Robinett brought an old diary to the Wright County Historical Society and read some pages from it. This diary belonged to Jesse Robinett and he spoke of "plowing in Gobbler Bottom" among other interesting bits of info. John T Robinett passed away a few years ago and we don't know what happened to the diary. We would really love to find it! Can anyone help ?
