I seriously doubt the Joseph Rodda you are looking for is in the 1880 census of Pennsylvania. Most likely he was in Michigan. Except for the 1900 census all the censuses records of George and John show they were born in Michigan and Illinois respectively.
Joseph and Amelia also had a son James who was born in Ely, Michigan in 1880: https://beta.familysearch.org/
Try as I might I could not find the family in the 1880 census anywhere. For that matter I could not find the right Dabb/Dobb Family either. The earliest I find any of them is the 1885 census of Warren County, IA where Amelia is shown as married. The 1925 Iowa census record of John shows his parents married in Pennsylvania.
The best I can suggest is to get Amelia's obituary. It might say something about when Joseph died. You could also try to get the death certificates, marriage records and obituaries for George and John. They might list exactly where they were born.
