My name is Kay pursall. My Great Grandfather who was called Thomas Rogers,(d)born in England 1876 from West Bromwich went to America between 1901-1910.
when he was in England he had a son Called James with my g Grandmother Eliza Upton in 1901 march 12 . He asked her to go to America but she wouldn,t so she stayed in England with my Grandfather James Upton and that was the last we heard apart from some letters. which no one knows what happened to them .
Thomas father could be of two pos,John rogers 1848 england and wife Maryann england west bromwich
and the other person James rogers west bromwich i think his wife was Elizabeth . the chances of me finding our family in america is probably very remote. He may not even told his family about James. Or the family do not have a interest in tracing famly members.
if anyone can help it would be most helpful.
