I believe William and Henry Rowe are connected to Benjamin Rowe of Lincoln Co. I believe Joseph Roe is the son of Samuel Roe and brother of John Roe of Tipton Co., TN. In 1850 there is another Samuel Roe (age 19) living with Joseph and is, I believe, his brother. This Samuel went to Tipton Co., TN by 1851 where he married Louise Jane Harrison. They are living very near to John's widow in 1860.
