I am Frank Biermeier, I am what you would consider Great Grandson to Frank Biermeier born Dec 1878 in germany. (Not sure where in Germany) Immigrated to the US in 1896, believed port of entry Galveston TX. In 1900 he lived with his sisters family Mary (Biermeier) Spitzenberger, who was married to a Albert Spitzenberger somewhere in Gonzalas cnty Tx. He married a Anna Roemisch later that year. They had one son Joseph Biermeier he was born in Oklahoma (Oklahoma City)in 1903 at a church hospital or care center, Run by Nuns. Now what I was lead to believe from Joseph's Wife Gunda, before she passed that Anna Roemisch died in child birth, not sure if it was in birth of Joseph, Gunda said she died giving birth to a girl aand the baby didn't survive either. This all took place in Oklahoma. But Frank aand Joseph turn up again in St.Paul Mn where he marries Katie/Katherine Gaerth and gives birth to there first son together in April 24, 1908 (Frank Biermeier was his birth name). Larry "Bud" Swendner is a decendent from Katherine Gaerth. Joseph and Gunda went on to have 8 kids. So somewhere between 1903 and 1908 Anna Roemisch passed on. If you could give some idea where your family is from in Germany we may have come from the same area in Germany? Also does any Roemischs know about Anna's movement or Death history?

THanks this is sooooo Fun!!!
