To Dawn Gabriel:Your are searching for info about Samuel Rogalski in the Gross Mausdorf Church Records.May I suggest that you also look on the website of the Manitoba Mennonite Historical Society(www.mmhs.org) go to genealogy and then the Prussia. One branch of Rogalsky, Rogalski became Mennonite,(German speaking of Dutch Flemish and Frisian ancestry)- that is my branch. Most remained Polish but by the names you have posted, your ancestors most likely became German Lutheran.Mennonites were forced to register in the Lutheran or Catholic records after 1801 so they will be there as well.A number of Rogalsk's are listed in about 1801, presumably my relatives who then left for the Ukraine in June of 1803.Two brothers Jakob Jakob & Heinrich Jakob (my ancestor).
There is a Peter Rogalsky listed in Prussian records circa 1812. Samuel would have been uncommon as a Mennonite given name.Albert on the other hand could be Albrecht which is a minor name in Mennonite genealogical records.
There are some 10,000 Rogalski's in Poland today.
