I contacted you several years ago, I believe that you were in the process of moving. We had talked about Elias Rogers/ Rodgers. At the time he was listed in the 1820 Deckson Conty Tennessee census with Jones, James, and other Rodgers. Also listed with William Rodgers and Chancy Jones children was one son - who's name was unknown. In one of your recent post I see that you have put a name in there, Elias Rodgers.
Elias and Jones both came to Arkansas. I am sure that this Elias is my ancestor. Can you tell me a some about William and Chasey ?Did they come to Tennessee with the Goodwin, Rodgers/Rogers, and other families ? Also, did the Rodgers have somekind of relations with the Indians?
My Elias Rodgers married Anna Goodwin. Her parents were Crawford Goodwin and Abbeville Bryant.
Would like very much to hear from you.
