Jennifer, - thanks for your note. Yes, Iīve tried everything I could think of with the above first names, without success . A few days ago I was getting a copy of the marriage certificate of my grandfather Frank ROLL, and on the certificate his fatherīs name is given as Jacob Roll, his motherīs as Rosalia or Rosalie Bejach. I have to get more information if these names are the correct ones, and if the first information I got on their first names was wrong, thatīs what Iīm trying to find out now. Since I had no success whatsoever with Anna and Joseph, I believe that Jacob Roll (probably also from Poland and not from Germany!) is the right one! Jacob would have to be born around 1865-70, since his son Frank Roll was born in 1890.
