He is my gggg grandfather & he was a Rev. War veteran. He was born in 1755 and died in 1816. He married Mary Frampton and they had 8 children. Their son David had a son Madison who had a daughter Lucretia. She is my great grandmother. John's Rev. War service is documented in volume 5 PA Archives, 5th series, pages 554, 565 & 566.
