Thanks for follow up. I have been in touch with a descendant of Telitha Roper and Robert Williams. Together we worked out the things you listed and some of the children's death certificate.
Crabb- richardson Cemetery is near James Roper's home, but he is buried and some of his children in Second Creek which is a little ways from his home. Both of these cemeteries has lots of unmarked graves leaving me to think Telitha and Robert is in one of them. Looks like in 1870 they hid from census taker or their record got lost.
