I know some Ropp -Pullins connections but I'm not sure about yours. I have two Pullins brothers who married Ropp girls:
Archibald Pullins b. 1832 d. 1906 m. 1854 Sarah Ropp b.1836 d. 1906.
Rosie; Eva; Barbara Ann; James Andrew; Preston MacAulay; Elmer Eslworth; Elias Winfield; Charles Wesley; Frank Tobias;

Joseph T. Pullins b. 1835 d. 1915 m.1855 Catherine Ropp b. 1831 d. 1911. children:
Nancy Margaret; Charles; Barbara Ellen; Sarah Elizabeth (Lizzy); William; Jane; Elias; Viola; Elmer; Adah; Clifford.
Sarah Elizabeth (Lizzy) b. 1861 d. 1914 m. 1877 Emanuel Pearl Ropp b. 1855 d. 1941.

These are all Champaign County, OH.
My Mother was a Ropp. Her father came from Urbana and moved as a child to Jasper County, IN. We lived in San Pierre, Starke County, IN. She worked on geneaology and I remember a Pullins family that lived in San Pierre for a brief time around 1950. There was a boy my age of about 10 years of age. They lived in the Telephone Exchange building where his Mother was the switchboard operator I think. My Mother said that we were related. Pulaski County is very near. Perhaps there is a connection. I also have several Mary E. Ropps but don't know who most of the married. Will be glad to share information.
