Ropp and Borem

I am looking for any information regarding James H. Ropp and Emma F. (Borem) Ropp. He died in 1890 (carpentry accident) and she was reportedly killed, in an accident approx. 2 to 3 years later around the Hammond, Indiana area. These are my great grandparents, I have been unable to find any death records regarding her death. James in buried in Renesslear, Indiana, and his grave is marked by a headstone (provided in a will by his mother -Catherine Hess Ropp) .. and cemetery records show Emma .. being buried there with him .. but her grave is unmarked. I would like to know .. the cause and particulars of her death.
