Looking for ancestry of William Rorax, who owned land in Rowan Co., NC, from 1768 to at least 1787. Moved afterward to Greene/Jefferson Co., TN, and died in Lincoln Co., TN.
Need proof whether or not the "Wm. Rork" whose marriage to "Margaret Yose" was recorded in Rowan Co. on 11-25-1768 is actually this man.
