I am researching the Rosentreter Family which came from Posen, Prussia. There was Johann Rosentreter and his wife Pauline, nee Wittke.
They had 12 children. Three had died in Posen before they came to the USA. Ther other children were: Emma, Rudolph, Paul, Oscar, Charles, Clara, John Samuel, Matalia, and George. They settled in Northern Ohio in 1880's. If you connect with any of these Rosentreters, please contect me.
