Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Was Augusta's (wife of Gustave) maiden name Reiter or maybe Bluvewitz? She had a sister Louise/Luise Schneider (Mrs Paul Schneider) in McCook, Nebraska. Loiuse had a grn son named Paul. Louise went to Oswego, OR around 1920 to help the family out during the Spanish flu epidemic.
I don't have any other info on the Nebraska line.

Sharon
