Your query peaked my interest. Although I do not have This Ronald in my data base, it is a 99.9% chance that he is/was a member of my family.

The Harrisburg Roshon's were well known with a rather famous photographer in the mix.

You will also find other family names of interest, e.g. "Minehart" that you are researching. Perhaps together we can find the relationship.
