The other day, I was sorting through some papers, and I came across xeroxed copies of two hand-written letters. Strangely, I have no idea how these letters came to be in my possession. Perhaps they belonged to the woman who previously owned my house? The letters were written by Charles F. Roshon IV on June 23, 1980 when Mr. Roshon was 32 years old (as he states in the letter). Sadly, this was Mr. Roshon's suicide note. He mentions his sons Philip and Charles whom he had been denied from seeing for eleven months. The second note was to a "Father Cosby," outlining Mr. Roshon's wishes for his final arrangements.
I live in Western Massachusetts and have tried to see if there was an obituary published here for this man. So far, I've found nothing. I apologize for writing such a grim note, but I'm baffled as to why I have stumbled across this letter.
Please let me know if you have any information about it.
