Hello,
My name is Kirstin (Kriss)Rothenbuhler. I have been working for the last 2 years on my family geneology creating a website for the family. I have been reading a lot of your posts and would like to somehow tie my family with the Urich side from Ohio. So far none of the decendents I have info for match up. I have over 340 people included on the Rothenbuhler Family Webpage and am hoping to connect our Ohio branch-which is where we immigrated to originally to-to our Washington branch. Here's the info I have coming from Switzerland....

Johann (John) Rothenbuhler Sr.
b. 1814 in Switzerland
m. Magdelena Muller (Miller)
b. 1815 in Switzerland
children:
-Jacob Rothenbuhler
-Katherine Rothenbuhler
-Johann (John) Jr.
b. 3/25/1836 in Switzerland d. 2/22/1874
m. Margaretha (Margarita) steiner
b. 5/31/1829 in Ringenberg d. 1/8/1874
daughter of Peter and Margaretha Steiner
children: (born and baptized in Oberwil, Switzerland)
-Johann (John) III
b. 7/28/1857 ent. USA 1872
-Margaretha
b. 10/30/1860 ent. USA 1880
-Susanna
b. 10/30/1860 ent. USA 1883
-Carolina
b. 5/11/1862 ent. USA 1881
-Karl
b. 11/30/1863
-Albert
b. 1/29/1866 ent. USA 1882
-Fred
b. 5/29/1867 ent. USA 1882
-Robert
b. 11/14/1869 d. 4/24/1871
-Magdelena
b. 5/2/1871 adopted by Dr. Netscher & Eschlikon?
-Rosalie
b. 12/14/1872 ent. USA 1883
-Jacob R.
b. 12/28/1858 d. 5/18/1935 in WA ent.USA 5/23/1896

Jacob R. Rothenbuhler is my decendent who came to Washington with his brother Fred from Ohio. Jacob had 3 children in I believe Bryant, OH and 3 more in Whatcom Co., WA. I have filled in the tree from this point on. I have no info on the other 9 siblings.

Any information anyone may have regarding Jacob and Fred's sisters and brothers would be greatly appreciated. I would love to somehow tie the Ohio branch to the Washington branch of Rothenbuhler's. Since we all settled there at one time-we must be related :)

Thanks again.
