It is my understading our Roulston line originated around Aberdeen Scotland and like many ended up in the Londonderry area of northern Ireland. There is a family story that the Scotch king ate at their table when in flight from the English. It was taken with the Roulstone (Roulston)to Ireland and passed down to the oldest son of the family.
Anything sound familiar??? Would love to share info.
