Row Pickaway Ohio 1800s

We are trying to sort out the ROW/ROWE families that moved from Centre/Northumberland cty PA to Pickaway Cty OH in the early 1800s. The 1830 Census has a John age 50-60 and Peter 40-50. John died C 1839 and we have a real estate document dealing with division of property with families including Row, Galbreath and Todd. Peter died somewhere around 1845 and may have had children including David 1805 and George 1818.

We are especially interested in marriage of these branches with the Pontius and Schoch families of Centre/Northumberland PA. Some genealogies say that a John Friederich Row 1759-1814 married a daughter of Matthias Schoch. We don't think that is right, because an 1815 document about heirs of Matthias Schoch names a John Row and wife as a living heir. Also, most of M.Schoch's daughters were born much later than the 1750s, him having 2 marriages w. the second inthe 1780's.

Please share any info about these families.
Hal and Brenda Merz
