I have a Keeling Row, (b. 04OCT, 1781 to Thomas Row & Rachel Keeling, Orange County, VA; d. 1855 Adair County KY) in our family files..but i do not have info about his military Service. His father, Thomas Row was Rev. war soldier.
He married Sarah Overton (b. Spotsylvania 1789. Married Nov. 1807). There is no "e" on this line of Row.
