Linda: the connection I am wanting to chase up is a marriage between Sarah Rowbottom and WIlliam Henry Caldwell in 1909 in Prestwich. Sarah was the daughter of Joseph A Rowbottom (Market Gardener). I believe that they may be the family in the 1881 census at Stretford Joseph Roebottom (ghreengrocer), marriedi to Mary Ann, children Elizabeth, WIlliam, James Henry, Jessie Helen and Sarah Ann.
