Update to above:
James George Rowden b. 1876 St Luke, London, Middlesex married Alice Ashby 1922 in Hackney. Lived with Frances Jane Wilson in 1901 at 100 Richmond Rd, Islington but she was actually still married to soldier husband George Roberts, who had been a POW in South Africa. A daughter was married to the cohabiting couple in Hornsey in 1903 - Julia Frances Marie Rowden. I can only presume that the couple split up soon after the birth and I do not know what happened to James up until his marriage in 1922. Where was he? He was a french polisher journeyman. He died in Tonbridge, Kent in 1959.
