Rowe, Rough, Roe, David & Sarah Early 1800 PA

I'm searching for info on my ggg grandparents and their and their ancestors, David (B:c1800-d:bet 1860-1870) & Sarah (bc:1803-d bet 1850-1860) Rowe of Fairfield/Vernon Twps in Crawford Co., PA. Their children were Levi (b26 Nov 1829)m Jane Welch, my gg grandparents, Lousia Rowe (Benjamin) Farringer,(she was widowed & re-married --Best) Barnaville and Edward, both died before 1860.
Levi and Jane moved to Dodge Co. WI before 1870.
A family member recalls that the Rowe's were from Shasta, PA, but I've yet to find it. Most info I have came from census records and Meadville library. Rowe was spelled as Rough quite often.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
