I am looking for descendants of Dr. Joseph Rowe who was a representtative from San Augustine, Texas during the Republic of Texas on October 3, 1836 in Columbia, Texas. We are dedicating a beautiful park with 20 historical stations, native plants and walking path to the history that happened at that time in Texas. Would love to have descendants of Dr. Joseph Rowe to attend the dedication of the "Capitol of Texas Park - A Walk through the Birth of Texas" on April 17, 2009.
