William Power Rowe m Lou Graham. James Power Rowe was a brother of the Stephen Rowe who m Frances Landers. Stephen & Frances' son appears to be William Jefferson Rowe b 02 Sep 1856 d 12 Aug 1916 - he was a physician, m Maria Maude Power. I found both Wm Palmer & Wm Jefferson in the census - am unsure which one to investigate? Notify Administrator about this message?
