I am looking for information on Richard D. Rowe. Richard D. Rowe was born Aug 1845 in Maryland, and I believe his father, Richard Rowe(Row),was born in 1805 also in Maryland. I have not been able to verify that Richard Row is his father. On one Census Richard D., said his father was born in Kentucky, who knows. Any help would be appreciated.
