LOOKING FOR THE ROWE FAMILY OF DEVON?

I am the descendant of James Rowe. My family is from St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. I found a great deal of information on Mr. James Rowe, William Rowe and a few other Rowe's. My James Rowe came from a place called Great Torrington. When I googled the name it showed that it is in Devon, UK. That's when I realized that a lot of people in this forum are looking for the same Rowe's that I was. I have a lot more info. The Rowe family moved to Jamaica. They were lawyers and some were Judges. They owned plantations and a numerous amount of slaves. Here is some of the info I found:

Premises: plantations called Bagdale and Fullers Wood in the parish of St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, and all other plantations in St. Elizabeth and elsewhere in Jamaica. belonging to James Rowe with negroes, slaves and their children, cattle, utensils and produce.
