Searching for information on Anne Rowe, Born 3-15-1797 in Craven, NC. I believe her parents to be Joshua Roe/Rowe II and Sarah Rigby. She married Jesse Rigby on 6-15-1815 in Warren, GA. They are listed on the 1830, 1840, 1850 Crawford County, GA censuses.

Jesse Rigby and family are also on the 1820 Warren, GA. census. Living nearby are Joshua Roe Sr, Joshua Roe, Jr., David Roe and Jeffery Robertson (married Matha Roe).

I would appreciate any information. I would like to find more information linking Anne to her father Joshua Roe. Also need information on Jesse and Anne Rigby's daughter, Frances Rigby born abt 1816 who married Eaton Roberts on 1-1-1835 in Crawford Co., GA.

I would appareciate any information you're willing to share.
