Hi Jim,

Just found this message while looking for my Royer guy whom I'll tell you about in a moment.

I have this François as (son of J.-B. & Marie Lepage, b. 1800) as deceased in 1801. But the guy I'm looking for is his brother Jean-Baptiste, b. August 15, 1788. He married Angelique Gosselin on June 26, 1821 in Vercheres. I'm still searching for info on Angelique's parents and on the couple's children, among which : Louis (married Sophie Parent don't know when; Charles, married Edwidge Ruel don't know when; and Jean-Baptiste, married Gilette Gosselin (Michel & Lucie Trudeau - probably from the same family as Angélique) on June 21, 1859 Contrecoeur. Charles . Their name Royer seems to have changed at some point from Royer to Rodier, since those three children (Louis, Charles and J.-B. all bear that new name. And I'm convinced that some of the children emigrated to the States, and some came back to Quebec later.
Have you got anything on the Royer/Rodiers ?
