Hi and thanks for the answer.
The way I see it is that Jean Royer from France (wife Marie Paise) had to have a father somewhere and according to history the Royer's in France, like during Joan of Arc's days were called the Le Royer. I was just hoping that this was the case. Well, I guess I still have to keep looking lol.
