I am researching Michael Royer (Reyer, Reiher, etc) who was born in Germany about 1686 & immigrated to America in 1732 with his wife & children.
Michael received a land grant in 1734 in Phila. Co. & was naturalized in 1740 in Phila., PA. He was an elder for the Lutheran Church in Upper Salford (Old Goshenhoppen Church) in 1744. Taxed in Upper Salford in 1769. Married 3 times & had 24 children. Will written Nov 1771 & probated Feb 1772.
Primarily interested in his family with second wife, Maria Catharina Schneider - especially son George Philip, born 1750. Interested in any additional info; & documentation to verify the accuracy of my research &/or correct my errors.
