i think my 4great Grandad was a brother of your William Roylance he was James Roylance (im just double checking the details) and i think his parents Peter Roylance and Lydia Roylance but at the time of the census's i looked at they were living with a simpson family Thomas Simpson was the Head of the House and it said that he had 2 wifes hannah simpson and lidia Roylance and it said that all the kids in the family were thomas so im not sure lol
