Roylance Family Genealogy Forum

Hi Keith, Nice to hear from you again. I would love a copy of the Map for Wellington Grove, I can't believe it's still there. The Marriage for Joseph and Sarah Grimshaw-Roylance took place on July 27th, 1845 at Manchester Cathedral the witness's were John and Charles Ratcliff (Radcliffe). They resided at the time in Droylsden a few miles east of Manchester. Joseph's Father was Peter Roylance a Chair Maker, his mother was Esther Lee (Poss Lee), Sarah's Father was: James Grimshaw a Brick Maker, and her Mother was Martha Lowe. I believe on of the Radcliff's married into the Grimshaw line, but most importantly I would like to know the extent of their friendship, as I have found that the Radcliff's Family line goes back quite a few years and are a VERY Prominent Family. But that is an extended research, and I do not expect you to take that type of research on. The Map and the Marriage Certificate are more than I could have expected for now. As to the Cost, I haven't figured out the exchange rate for English to US. Exactly how much is the 6.50? in US. Dollars so that I can send you an USP for the cost. (USP is that right?) It's been so long I don't remember!. sorry. Hope you make a full recovery, remember take your time to heal first, before undertaking any research for me. Is there anything else you need from me? Can I do any
thing for you here in the way of research? Just name it, it's done. ok. Later, Cathy. (croylanc@nycap.rr.com) and yours?
