Hello Clare, I do not know of anyone mentioned to be related to my Roylance Line, but then I am trying to connect with some Roylance's in the UK to my family line here in the USA. My line migrated supposidly from Stockport and Boarded a Ship in Liverpool to the US and disembarked at Castle Gardens (Ellis Island) in 1864. I would love to hear more about your family should you come accross any connections, and I wish you the best of luck!..should I come across anything I will sure post it here. You can reach me at the above e mail address should you want to contact me anytime. Contact anyone from the LDS Church Family History Center nearest you and you will find (In your Searching) 3 Distinct Roylance Families in the USA. All from the UK, and all immigrating at different times, but the Latter Day Saints (LDS-Mormons) are the Largest Family to have come over, they are worth a check of the records.
