Good to hear from you Hilda. I am not the keeper of all the family hitstory so I cannot at this time point out much information. I have, however, requested from my brother a copy of 80 page book of research he collected on the Ruan family (he is the family history expert). I expect to receive this in at least a week so I will be able to provide some good information at that time. As you may have noticed from earlier posts my grandfather, John Ruan, has commissioned a professor of history at Simpson College to write a book on the family's history. He is more than a year into the project
