I am looking for information on Ruans who might be distant family. My g-g-grandmother was Margaret Agnes Ruan, who married Charles William McLaughlin. She was from Philly, he from Lucinda Furnace/Clarion, PA. They met while she was a nurse in Philly, at a soldiers' hospital. MAR's father was James Ruan. We know next to nothing about him, except that he was more than likely Irish.
