Hi Karen

As far as I have info on my Ruckel/Rickel line they seemed to have moved from Pennsylvania to Indiana and then Kentucke for my more immediate ancestors.

I have no info of any of my line in Michigan, although there must have been some branches that went that way that I am not aware of.
