Hello: I recently purchased a family bibile at a flea market in Edinburg, VA, Shenandoah, County-Shenandoah Valley that had the following written in the "family record" section. I hope that someone could use this in their geneaological research.I will donate this bible to members of the John W. and Rachel A. Rudolph family. Items in quotations are as exact from the bible.

"John W. Rudolph and Rachel An Richard was joined in matrimony the 11th day of september 1855"

"James S. Evers? and Sallie C. Rudolph was joined in matrimony on the 10th day of October 1888"

"John W. Rudolph was born April 10th 1823"

"Rachel Ann Richard wife of JW Rudolph was born June 27 1822"

"Sarah C. Rudolph was born September 19, 1856"

"John William Rudolph was born June 12, 1858"

"Norah Jane Rudolph was born December 16, 1861"

"Florence Virginia Rudolph was born October 5, 1863"

"Angelo Richard Rudolph was born September 28, 1865"

"Florence Gayetta Evers was born at 3:30 PM December 21, 1889"

"Rachel A. Rudolph wife of John W. Rudolph, departed this life February 1st, 1895 aged 72 years, 7 months and 4 days. Funeral Text Luke 9 chap 30+31 verses"

John W. Rudolph departed this life April the 5th 1895 aged 71 years 11 months and 25 days. Funeral Text 1st Cor. 15 chap and 55 verse"
