May Family history is as Follows:
Great Grandfather Chaim (Hyman in English) Rudoff married Great Grandmother Chaye Wolkoff. They were the parents of Grandfather Abraham Elliott Rudoff a Tailor, (born January 1877 or 1879) and Great Uncle Reuben Rudoff born (April 1884). The Family was originally from an area called Vilnya (Vilnia) in the Village of Sheliba (Seliba), Minsk, Russia.
When Abraham and Reuben came to America the Surname on record from Ellis Island is Rudoff, (name may have been changed from Rakovschick, Rudowski, Rudovski, Rudov, or Rudakov, when they came to America).
My Grandfather Abraham Rudoff (came to America March 20, 1902) married my Grandmother Fannie Gertrude Rudinsky in America on February 25, 1912. They were the parents four Children three boys one girl. Hyman, Harold, Albert, and Ida were born and lived in Bronx, New York.
My Great uncle Reuben Rudoff (came to America March 20, 1902) and married Rebecca (Becky) last name unknown. They had 3 children one boy and two girls, Hyman, Beatrice and Rhoda.
