Hello,
I have a William Harry Ruffle who married Annie Elizabeth E Prickett in December 1901 in Flintshire Chester, even though they were both in Woolwich in 1901. However, he gives his birth town as Hook, Hampshire. On earlier census returns though he may well have actually been living in Crondall.
Their children were:
Jun 1903 Nancy Alice RUFFLE Woolwich
Sep 1904 RUFFLE William Harry Woolwich
Jun 1906 Ruffle Doris May Woolwich
I've literally found this today, so it helps to clear up a missing strand of my Prickett family.
Hope this might be of use to anyone and would be glad to hear of anyone with connections to this family.
