Mary Runion - Gallatin Co., Illinois

My great great grandmother was Mary Runyon who married Curtis M. Shelton in Gallatin County, Illinois in 1867. I have found a Mary Runion, age nine, in the 1850 Gallatin County census with a Rebecca Runion, age 41. I also found the record of Isaac Runyon's marriage to Nancy Ann Logsdon in Gallatin County in 1868. When I found your line at Rootsweb showing Mary and Isaac's mother was Rebecca Adkins it was natural to theorize that my Mary could be a brother to Isaac.

Can Anyone please confirm or deny this?
