Attached are some information I have on Spencer Runnels/Reynolds for deeds and wills.

The following is a list of Taxable Property of Inhabitants of Capt. Hagan's Dist., by Jacob Early for 1785 - Wilkes Co., Ga.

Inv. 9-30-89, slaves Flora, Jude, General and Ned.Account of Thomas Reynolds from 2-20-1788 to 10-1-1788, salt, corn etc.Returns 1-1795 paid George, Jos., Richard, Betsy, John, Benjamin., Spencer Reynolds and Jacob Reigor (?), all say "as bequeathed to me by the last will of Richard Reynolds, dec'd."Returns for 1802 paid Dolly Reynolds and Thomas Matthews cash, and both received one slave, Mary Reynolds cash, all in part of legacies.Matthew Reynolds, orph. of Richard, dec'd.Return to Thomas Reynolds 3-2-1802, received a slave Caesar, $75.00, cash $125.00.Return of Jos. GEORGIA - Know all men by these presents that we Richard Dickens, Jacob Trust & John Rumbley and Spencer Runnells are held once firmly bound unto them Honors the Judges of the Court of Ordinary, for the County of Wilkes and then Successors in office, in the sum of One Thousand dollars for the payment of which sum to the said Judges or them Successors in office we bond ourselves our heirs, Executors bound.We jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our Seals and dated this 22nd day of July 1799.
The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound Richard Dickens temporary administrator of all and singular the goods chastely and credits of Joseph Dickens tale of this county.Do make or cause to be made a true and highest inventory of all are singular the goods chalets and credits of all declare, which have or shall come to the handsor knowledge of him the said Richard Dickens or into the hands ofof any other person or persons for him and the same do make as exhibit into the said Court of Ordinary with all convieneth held and render unto said Court a just and true account of his holdings therein on the first day of the month Court of Ordinary to be held on the first Monday in February met or as soon thereafter as the said Court shall direct and that he will in all things act agreeable to Law then the above obligation to be void ed to; remain in full force within.

This Indenture made this 19th day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety three between George Runnels and Mary his wife of the one part and Aquilla Burroughs of the other part, both of Wilkes County and State of Georgia, of the other part.
Witnesseth that the said George Runnells and Mary his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of fifty pounds to him in hand paid by the said Burroughs the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have Granted, Bargained, sold, released and confirmed and by these, doth grant, bargain, sell, release and confirm unto the said Aquilla Borroughs his Heirs and Assigns, all that tract or parcel of Land containing one hundred and sixty eight acres, whereon the said Burroughs now lives, it being a tract of Land originally run in the name of said George Runnels for two hundred acres, situated, lying and being in the County and State aforesaid and on the waters of Long Creek... butting and bounding as follows.Northeast by land of James Stewart, East by land of Spencer Runnels and Southwest and Northwest by land of said Spencer Runnels, which was run in the name of Wilsow reference being had to the plat and grant will more fully appear together will all and singular the rights members and assurances thereof whatsoever to the said tract of land being belonging or in any wise ascertaining and the Remainders, Reversions, Rents issues and profits thereof and of every part thereof.To Have and to Hold the said tract of Land and all and singular the premises and assurenances thereunto belonging as aforesaid and every part thereof unto the said Aquila Burroughs his Heirs and assigns forever and the said George Runnels and Mary his wife and all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents.In Witness whereof the said George Runnels and Mary Runnels his wife hath hereunto set their hands and Seals the day and year first above written.

This Indenture made this ninth day of February in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and three between Spencer Reynolds on the one part and Aquila Burroughs of the other part (both of said State and County of Wilkes).Witnesseth that the said Spencer Reynolds for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and eight dollars to him in hand will and truly paid by the said Aquila Burroughs at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained, sold, released and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, release and confirm unto the said Aquila Burroughs, his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the aforesaid State and County containing ninety acres and three tenths of an acre on the waters of Kettle Creek beginning on the NW oak corner at the head of a spring branch, and running and biding with the said branch South Eastwardly twenty four chains to a corner poplar on the south side of said branch thence South sixteen degrees West fifteen chains to a small red oak corner on Dukins line thence North seventy four West fifty five chains to a corner hickory on Heton Nash line thence with said line North five degrees East twelve chains to a black oak corner on said Burroughs line thence with said line South Eastwardly fourteen chains to a corner post oak it being a corner of said Burroughs land and from thence to the beginning being a part of a tract of said original surveyed for Benjamin Wilson, dec't. together with all and singular the rights members and ascertaining thereof whatsoever to the said tract of land being belonging or in any wise ascertaining and the remainder, revisions, rents, issues and profits thereof
