hello Tom, I'm from a cheshire branch of the ruscoe tree but havn't worked my way back very far , so any info you might have would be useful. Before listing were i've got to i remember hearing that the meaning of the name comes from lancashire and has something to do with a description of a hilly mound.
my father Charles Antony1923, grandfather Charles Leonard1898(married Grace Ashton1898, great grandfather George Ruscoe1850ish(married Edith Roberts).
My grandfather had two brothers Fred and Denis and a sister Eleanor.
Any bells ringing?
