I don't know if this helps any, but I am a descendant of Theophilus and Mary Ruscoe and Eleazar and Elizabeth Bouton. Stephen Ruscoe (Theophilus and Mary's son) married Ruth Bouton, they are my grandparents 5 times removed. I see in your line though that Josiah is the father of Theophilus, but I don't have that as part of my info. The info I have states that Thomas is the father of Theophilus, John is the father of Thomas, William, the father of John, and Ian, the father of William.
I'm pretty sure this is the right family, but my info may be wrong. I don't have any contact with the Ruscoe side of the family, so alot if this info is found through historical records.
