Dear Richard W. Ruscoe,
My brother is Richard Ferguson Ruscoe, so it was quite a start to see your name on the GenForum. Is your middle initial for Warren?
Yes, that clipping was about my parents. My father was the son of William Ferguson Ruscoe, born April 12, 1865, in Cross River, N.Y. (I had been saying Turn of River, but found out I was wrong.) William's mother was Lillian Ferguson Ruscoe, from whom the Warren descendancy is claimed. I would appreciate hearing from you if you find the "missing link." Thanks for your interest.
Dianne Severance
