Dear Dianne,
The W is for William.
I had traced my family line back to 1635 and was trying to fill in the branches. My family also came from Cross River, N.Y. I have not been able to fit in Garnet or William. I would have to go back a couple more generations. Seeing as we all have family ties from Cross River, i'm sure we are all connected somewhere. As I mentioned I have hundreds of Ruscoes, just don'n know where they all fit in. Maybe with your help we can tie up all my loose ends.
Hopeing to hear from you soon. I'm sure I will be able to find the Warren connection.
Richard
